All our group class bookings are made via Vibefam Mobile App our Booking Page
Steps

Create a Vibefam Account
Download the Vibefam App:
• iPhone App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• or visit our Booking Page to sign up directly
For new users, sign up to create a Vibefam account.
For existing users, log in to your account

Purchasing a package
Under the Explore tab, search ‘Nafas Studio‘ and click in
• Select ‘View Pricing’
• Select the package of your choice
Two options to make payment:
Option A：Paynow us directly (Preferred)
• Drop us a message on WhatsApp at 97873299 with the package you wish to purchase and Vibefam username.
• We will send you a Paynow QR code and discounted rates for payment!
• Credits (Number of sessions) will be added manually to your Vibefam account by our admin.
Option B : Credit Card
• Enter your credit card details into the Vibefam App.
• Credits (Number of sessions) added automatically to your Vibefam account.
To check your credit balance and package expiry:
Head to the Profile tab, select ‘Packages’ and select the active package

Book a group class
Bookings open 2 weeks in advance, per the respective class timings.
Example: Booking for 14 Jan, 1pm opens on 1 Jan, 1pm
- Under the Home tab, select ‘Book Class’ under Nafas Studio
- Select your class and select ‘Book Now’
- Choose a spot and select ‘Book Now’
- Select the package to redeem
- If the class is full, add yourself to the waitlist
We encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist. When a spot opens up, Vibefam automatically sends an email to you that you have been added to the class (up to 2 hours before class starts).
*Your upcoming classes will appear at the top of the home page
*To receive notifications, turn on your app notifications
**You will receive in-app notifications from 24 hours before classes booked so we recommend getting the Vibefam App!

Cancellations
Cancel a booked class:
• From the homepage, select the class booked under Upcoming Classes
• Select ‘Cancel Booking’
• Confirm the cancellation
*Class credit will be refunded if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance.
Cancel a waitlisted class:
• From the homepage, select the waitlisted class under Upcoming Classes
• Select ‘Cancel Waitlist’
• Confirm the cancellation
*If you’re unable to make it for class, do remove yourself from the waitlist 24 hours before class to prevent accidental deduction of credits if you are placed into the class.
