Pilates

Grace is a licensed physiotherapist and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with specialised experience in neurological rehabilitation, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and brain injury. Driven by a lifelong passion for moving and teaching movement, Grace integrated Pilates into her practice after experiencing how it helped manage her own chronic neck pain and postpartum weakness. She combines her physiotherapy background with Pilates principles to help clients understand their bodies, work through movement compensations, and move more efficiently. Her goal is to support clients in finding the confidence to move better and with grace.

Jacqueline’s background in Track & Field cultivated her passion for movement and fitness, leading her to discover the precise control offered by the Classical Pilates method, to which she has been devoted ever since. She is eager to share its structured and progressive approach in her Classical group classes, safely guiding clients of all ages through effective exercises designed to enhance posture and strength. Jacqueline firmly believes in making fitness both accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

I believe Pilates is more than just an exercise—it’s a sustainable approach to feeling good in your body while developing strength and balance. It’s moving with proper alignment, controlled movement, and breathwork to improve posture while preventing injuries and enhancing overall well-being.

I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can move with confidence and feel stronger in their everyday lives.
