Zel’s strong belief in the benefits of mindful movement for a confident, comfortable and pain free life stems from her own personal experience. 20 years ago, Zel suffered lower back pain and shoulder impingement which became a debilitating daily occurrence to her. She spent thousands of dollars on TCM, physiotherapy and more in the hope of finding relief from her daily pain, with no success. Little did she know that the life-changing moment would finally come in the form of Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method. The combination of these two movement practices not only healed her body and removed her pain, but they also opened up a whole new career path.

Fast forward to today, Zel has achieved her optimal fitness level and helped countless clients to enjoy the same transformative benefits she felt for herself. She is determined to continuously deepen her knowledge of topics such as injury rehabilitation, fascia training,
chronic pain relief, postural misalignment and sports massage to relieve compensation issues. As any of her clients will tell you, Zel is a joy to work with: observant, patient and eager to help those from all walks of life.
